• How far ahead do I need to order?

  At least 48 hours for regular orders. Anything less than that comes with a $10 rush fee and depends on what the week already looks like. Custom orders need at least a week, and big ones (30+ items) need two.

• Where do I pick up?

  From our home kitchen in Cimarron Hills, 80915. The exact address comes in your confirmation email once your order is set, we just don't post it publicly.

• Do you deliver?

  We do. Delivery is a flat $10 within 5 miles of 80915, then $1.50 per mile after that, out to roughly 15 miles. We confirm the exact fee by text based on your address.

• How do I pay?

  Right on the site, with a card. The box adds everything up (bundles, delivery, any rush fee) and your card is only held, never charged, until we text you and confirm your order. If your card gives you trouble at checkout, the order still reaches us and we'll settle by Venmo, Cash App, or cash over text like always.

• Can I just swing by and buy something?

  We wish. Everything is baked to order, so we don't keep product on hand. If you want it Saturday, order it by Thursday, or catch us at a market.

• What about allergies?

  Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We do our best to accommodate requests, but we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. Tell us about any allergies when you order, please and thank you.

• Can you do custom orders?

  Absolutely. Cookies, cake pops, donuts, rolls, breads, gift boxes, and dessert tables, with your flavors, colors, and themes. Send a custom order inquiry and we'll talk it through. Custom cake pops start at $54 per dozen.

• What if I need to cancel?

  Tell us as soon as you can. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may not be eligible for a refund, because by then your ingredients are measured and your time is reserved.

• What's your refund policy?

  Every order is made from scratch just for you, so we can't offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been started or completed. If something isn't right, reach out within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will always do our best to make it right.

• Are you a licensed bakery?

  We're a Colorado cottage bakery. All products are produced in a home kitchen not subject to state licensure or inspection. It's the same kitchen we feed our own family from.

• Do you slice bread?

  Any loaf comes sliced for $2 more. Sourdough can be a boule (the round one) or a regular loaf, no price difference.

• What's the deal with donut holes?

  Order donuts and ask for the holes, and they're free, matched to however many donuts you ordered. Otherwise a dozen is $5. Glazed and cinnamon sugar only for now.
